Exodus 6
Even the greatest amongst us have self doubt and fear. Moses, who in Deuteronomy 34:10-12 is known as only lesser to Jesus himself, had his doubts. God want us to rest in Him and know that He is with us - He says this to Moses and all of His children.
We can find rest from our concerns, doubts, and fears, in God.
God will equip us and give us confidence also.
My Prayer: Lord Jesus - what an awesome God You are! In my times of worry, concern, doubt, etc. You have provided rest, confidence, and peace. Thank You Jesus - thank You for being with me always. I am not worth such love. I speak harshly to others and I am selfish. Please forgive me and help me overcome my sin and turn towards You. Help me love You with all of my heart, soul, and mind and love others as You do. Help me grow in my faith. Give Lisa and myself strength and wisdom. Please heal Lisa of her cancer and from the side effects of chemo. Help us lead Zach and Dustin to You Jesus and for them to choose You as their Lord and Savior. Help me serve You, my family, my church, and others. Help me understand, be obedient to, and apply Your message for me today and every day.
But Moses said to the Lord, “Since I speak with faltering lips, why would Pharaoh listen to me? v30
