Do I exhibit the greatness of salvation available through Christ Our Lord?

Hebrews 2:4

In my previous post, I wrote about my desire not to "drift away" as warned about in Hebrews 2:1. For many reasons I don't want to drift away because I want to be fully used for His glory, and I also want to avoid most certain punishment as indicated in verse 2-3:

2 For since the message spoken through angels was binding, and every violation and disobedience received its just punishment, 3 how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation?

Part of being fully used for His glory includes bringing others into His kingdom by living a life of obedience and service to others.   Bottom line, we must allow Jesus to work through us as we (and by extension the gifts given to us) become an instrument of God's glory - following the lead of Christ himself:

4 God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.

My Prayer: Lord, Your blessings have my cup runneth over as I am blessed in ways too many to mention - how gracious and loving You are to care for me as You do.  You are great and Your love is great.  Yet I fall short in many areas of my life, including laziness.  Please forgive me and help purify me of my laziness - help me gain energy from You Lord.  Help me by fully used by You as an instrument of Your glory.
