As the Israelites escaped Egypt, led by Moses and Aaron, God was with them and He led them.  The people always had a sign of how God was with them and that He was directing their steps.

All of God's children should know that He is with us and leading us - we should however, stay near to Him so that we can recognize His presence and His guidance.

Come near to God and he will come near to you.  James 4:8

Your word is a lamp for my feet,

    a light on my path. Psalm 119:105

Help me appreciate daily how God is with me and directing my steps.

My Prayer:  Lord, You are an awesome God and I know You are always with me and always leading me.  Thank You Jesus!  I am not worth such love.  I am lazy and selfish.  Please forgive me Jesus and help me overcome such sin and turn towards You.  Help me love You with all of my heart, soul, and mind and love others as You do.  Help me grow in my faith.  Give Lisa and myself wisdom and strength.  Please heal Lisa of her cancer and from the side effects of chemo.  Help me serve You, my family, my church, and others. Help me understand, be obedient to, and apply Your message for me today and every day.
